These Terms govern your use of this website only. They are not a license agreement. Any actual license to use the Peace of Mind Parking / TAMENS technology is governed exclusively by a separate, signed Technology License Agreement between TAMENS Technologies LLC and a licensee — nothing on this website grants any license, right, or permission to use the technology, patent, or trademark described here.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, operated by TAMENS Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Purpose of This Site

This site provides general information about the Peace of Mind Parking service and the underlying TAMENS technology, and facilitates initial inquiries from prospective licensees. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to license, a binding proposal, or a contract. Any actual licensing arrangement requires a separately negotiated and signed written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

The Temporary Asset Monitoring and Early Movement Notification System (TAMENS) is the subject of a pending U.S. patent application. "Peace of Mind Parking" is the subject of a pending U.S. trademark application. All content on this site — including text, graphics, the site design, and any video — is owned by TAMENS Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content on this site may be copied, reproduced, or used to build a competing product or service without our prior written consent.

4. No License Granted By Use of This Site

Browsing this site, submitting an inquiry, or watching any video content does not grant you any license, right, or permission to use, implement, or replicate the TAMENS technology, the Peace of Mind Parking brand, or any associated intellectual property.

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, including its patent and trademark status, but technology, legal status, and business terms may change. We do not guarantee that any statement on this site (including projected pricing structures or licensing terms) will be identical to the terms of any final signed agreement.
