Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy covers this website only — how TAMENS Technologies LLC handles information from visitors, prospects, and inquiries submitted here. It does not cover the Peace of Mind Parking / TAMENS technology itself once licensed and deployed by a facility operator — that data (license plate numbers, vehicle images, customer contact information collected through the monitoring service) is governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement between TAMENS Technologies LLC and each individual licensee, and by that licensee's own privacy practices toward their own customers.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by TAMENS Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). We can be reached at mgbpub@swbell.net.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools, for the purpose of understanding site usage.

3. How We Use Information

We do not use information submitted through this site to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website (such as email or hosting providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, or if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site may use basic cookies or similar technologies for analytics purposes only. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so should not affect your ability to browse the site, though it may affect analytics accuracy on our end.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you've submitted to us by emailing mgbpub@swbell.net. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law (for example, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act).

8. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
